01 General Terms & Conditions

JoyJili (referred to as the "Platform" or "we" within these bundles) operates the website https://joyjili.ws and its associated mobile applications. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between JoyJili and its members ("you" or "user").

JoyJiliBy accessing and using the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict arising from a translation, the Bengali version shall prevail.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

JoyJiliTo open an account with us, the following conditions must be met:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals (৳50,000 or above) may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.

JoyJili withdrawals may be delayed or withheld without prior explanation if unusual account activity is suspected. Compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations is a mandatory obligation.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

JoyJili offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and special promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, detailed on the bonus page.

General rules that apply to all bonuses:

• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds will be deducted from the bonus balance first.
• Each bonus has a limited validity period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may trigger an account investigation.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

05 Betting Rules

JoyJiliThe following rules apply to placing bets on:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where a cash-out option is available.
• Odds are subject to change at any time. The odds displayed at the time your bet is placed are final.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error JoyJili Reserves the right to cancel.
• Coordinated bets placed across multiple accounts on the same event ("arb betting") will result in action being taken against the accounts involved.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market and JoyJili determines.

In Live Betting, odds change continuously. If a bet is temporarily suspended and the system processes it at updated odds, those new odds will apply.

06 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities JoyJiliis strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Operating an account using stolen credentials or another person's identity.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated tools.
• Using insider information to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Involvement in match fixing or any form of sports fraud.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

• Harassment or offensive conduct toward other members.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

JoyJili may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If there is reason to believe that an account was registered with false information.
• No account activity for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Under the direction of legal authorities.
• At the user's own request.

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please make sure to withdraw your balance before the account is closed.
